Creative market cuisine & Soulfood
The head of the kitchen Luca creates together with Jonas and Jassin the HYG dishes. On the plate comes what is in season and of high quality. The products are prepared with respect and creativity. No matter if you are a fish, meat or vegetable lover: at HYG everyone will get pleased.
We get the meat from LUMA Beef and the fish from Bianchi. The salmon trout from the Reichmuth family in Sattel SZ. The bread is baked according to old tradition with 60-year-old sourdough culture and local grains from the Eigenbrötler. Vegetables and fruits are purchased in organic or Demeter quality.
Kids Menu
Our children’s menu as well as a small box with toys, colouring sheets and crayons will make children’s eyes sparkle. High chairs for children are also available. Please note when making your reservation if we should prepare a high chair.
Take Away
You can also order a selection of our HYG dishes relaxed as a takeaway and pick them up. Order by phone and we will let you know when you can pick it up.

Sundays
Sunday Funday – On Sundays we are open from 12.00 a.m. all day long!
Lunch: Large menu 12.00 – 14.00
Afternoon: Small snack menu & sweets
Evening: Large menu 17.00 – 21.00
Terrace
We have a small terrace. The outdoor seating is limited. In summer we can open our window front completely, so you sit inside at the window front almost like outside and also a bit more protected.

Our kitchen team will be happy to accommodate your allergies or intolerances. The best way for us to prepare it, is if you let us know your allergy or intolerance when you make your reservation.
Dogs
Your well-behaved four-legged companion is also welcome. Let us know in advance, so we can allocate a spacious table in a quiet corner (whenever possible).
