Exciting wine selection

On our wine list, you’ll find big regions and renowned winemakers as well as young talents and up-and-coming regions. The focus is on wines full of life and naturalness. With enthusiasm, we gradually get to know our winemakers personally, their philosophy, their respect for working with people and nature, and their constant striving for sustainability.

The topic of wine has a high priority at HYG. Following the departure of Madeleine Löhner, sommelier Lukas Kroesen will take over responsibility for the wine cellar from March 2023. Lukas was previously Deputy Chef de Service and Sommelier at the 2-star Focus Atelier restaurant in the Park Hotel Vitznau. The wine cellar there contains 35,000 bottles and around 4,500 positions – a phenomenal place for a sommelier to acquire a vast knowledge of wine. We are very happy to have Lukas expertise at HYG.

Our cosy lounge invites you to linger. In addition to a large gin selection, we have signature cocktails such as the refreshing Etter Spritz with apricot liqueur or the HYG & Stormy.

Matching delicacies from the snack menu are served with the drinks or wine. For example, the Apéro platter or the LUMA beef tartare – ideal for trying out with friends. Here, everyone will find something to satisfy their appetite, big or small.
